The new headquarter includes factory of ESTEBAN, a subsidiary of Nippon Kodo Holdings, has been operated in July 2018 at Laverune in the suburb of Montpellier in southern France.

ESTEBAN founded in 1979 was a revolutionary establishment of a new area of interior fragrance.Because it was the world's first fragrance item perfumed on micro-ceramics. Since then ESTEBAN has developing home fragrance products representative as candle, room spray, diffuser. ESTEBAN expands business as a top brand of high end home fragrance in EU. In 1985 ESTEBAN signed agency agreement with Nippon Kodo and became a subsidiary of Nippon Kodo holdings in 1996.
