2024-03-05"fragrance expo 2024" with the theme of Japanese fragrance culture in Ginza and Kyoto
April 18th is registered as Incense Day. April 18th of each year is designated as Incense Day, based on the historical account that fragrant aloeswood was washed ashore on Awaji Island in 595 in the Western calendar.
To commemorate this anniversary, for about a month from April 12th to May 12th, Kyukyodo, Shoeido, and Nippon Kodo will hold a "fragrance expo" with the theme of Japanese fragrance culture in Ginza and Kyoto.
We aim to spread Japan's fragrance culture and pass it on to future generations, as well as use it as an opportunity for the development of the fragrance industry.
